With internships being a pivotal movement for any company to be able to invest in future talent, we are delighted to welcome two bright individuals to our Optimation team under our 2023 Winter Intern Program, in partnership with Auckland ICT Graduate School, UoA & UoW.
Azyani Noor Azman: Intern – Product Research/Project Management
Azyani is reporting to our Head of Digital, Ginu Raju. With a passion for exploring new horizons in the tech industry, Azyani is well-equipped to dive into the world of product research and project management. Her analytical prowess and problem-solving skills make her a valuable asset to our team as we tackle complex challenges and strive for excellence in delivering top-notch solutions to our clients. Azyani is currently exploring one of our innovative products, Optimation Connect.
Seo Joon Yoon: Intern - Developer
Seo Joon's journey with us begins under the guidance of Matt Rees, our seasoned developer and mentor. With a natural flair for coding and an affinity for innovation, Seo Joon is all set to start his exciting adventure in the realm of development. His creativity and technical acumen align perfectly with our mission to push boundaries of software and technology solutions.
Both Azyani and Seo bring with them the unique opportunity to inspire fresh perspectives, energy, culture, and talent into Optimation. At Optimation, we firmly believe in nurturing young minds and providing them with an enriching experience that will shape their future careers with this program and other youth-orientated programs such as our Youth Leadership Program.
As our new interns bring fresh perspectives, ideas, and skills to the table, they will challenge our existing practices, encourage innovation, and inspire us to strive for continual improvement.
